Upgrade from prior but still bad

The prior app my Y used was so bad that there could only have been improvement, but this new one still doesn’t work well. My community account got tied to my daughter’s name in spite of me typing in my own name to register. I have received no response from sending multiple support requests to get it fixed. When I sign up for a class, it is her name that gets attached. You have to select the club you want every time you use the app with no ability to make it a “home” club to avoid this. That all said, registering for a class is now single click instead of a ridiculous process with multiple logins and for that you get upgraded from zero to 2 stars.

A big step back from previous app

The Road Samuri
Really not enjoying this app. Weird behaviors asking for a lot of log ins and the loss of being able to put the membership card in Apple Wallet was a feature that is really missed and should be added back in.

The old app was not great and O had high hopes for this one. Alas, this is not a step forward. At least in the old app I could add my membership to my Apple Wallet. To use eCheck In now one has to find the app, open it, then click eCheck In, very retro. And do not get me started on how many times one has to enter their log on credentials! WHY, WHY is biometric login not supported? Whatever source they got this app from, the Metro Chicago YMCA should request a full refund!

Not a step forward

The old app was not great and O had high hopes for this one. Alas, this is not a step forward. At least in the old app I could add my membership to my Apple Wallet.
