The older app worked better for me, it would pair with my aids 2/3 of the time. This newer version will not pair with my aids at all after multiple tries. The older app seems to be no longer available, unfortunately for me. This newer app is useless to me.

This app works well for changing the volume and creating equalizer modes. My big issue, however, is that while it will save my various equalizer modes as a group of selections, the whole system resets every time I put my hearing aids back in the charger. The volume defaults back to 5 for each ear. The equalizer mode also returns to its default setting, which means that every morning, I have to reset the volume back to my comfort levels and reselect my preferred equalizer mode.Another issue, and I don’t know if this is an Apple phone issue or something with the app, my phone sounds are extremely loud in my ear, and although I’ve changed the settings on my phone, it doesn’t seem to make a difference in the hearing aids. I can still adjust the volume for regular use as well as music streaming.

Purchased the new hearing aids with the AI features EarSpark. However some of the programs features are missing. The noise cancellation features are missing. Only the machine noise cancellation feature is available. The other 3 selections: wind noise, speech noise, impulse noise are missing and only appeared once and unable to make them return. Some of the directionality features are also missing: ultra directional wide mid and frontal are missing. The equalizer ultra mode is also missing. It took several tries to name the program. Running iOS 26.1. iPhone 16 Pro Max.I have deleted and re downloaded multiple times.

This new app won’t pair to my new hearing aids. The audiologist in my local Miracle Ear couldn’t do it and neither could I. I have been trying relentless and I error message every time. I’m still able to use them without the app but they are still a pain to deal with. Anytime I open an app the volume jumps up a lot and stays up. When listening to music on my phone it sounds worse than a pair of Dollar Tree headphones. The volume for streaming is a different volume than what you normally use. Since I can’t pair my hearing aids I have no idea if the app makes any of these problems better. Until they fix the app it’s only getting one star from me.
