What an excellent experience! Took the ride from Fashion Show to Luxor. Ride showed up within 3-5 min of my request. I was with three other people and we all fit comfortably with lots of room. The cab was clean and music, temperature control was all adjustable at your fingertips. There were four wireless charging pads available for all of us to use which was convenient. The ride was smooth and zoox was efficient at getting us to where we wanted to go. Also when we exited the vehicle I almost immediately received a call from zoox and they said I may have left something in the ride. So we went back and I double checked. Luckily it was nothing but what customer service. Would definitely ride again!!

This was a very interesting experience. It was very smooth quiet awesome ride loved everything about it. The seats could be just a tad more comfortable, especially for older adults not me, of course, but I think older people would appreciate a softer seat. And would like the option to close the sunroof so the sun is not in your face when it’s really sunny out.Otherwise, it was awesome. It was faster than I thought. It would be a little unnerving at first, but amazing.

It was an amazing experience for us all and we really enjoyed our trip and we definitely will do it again as soon as the opportunity presents itself…I also feel that the cars should be able to pickup and drop off at wayyyy more places, I do understand that this is the beginning and I hope that this amazing experience will continue to grow…Thanks for sharing this amazing opportunity with my family and I…

Very comfortable. Would be nice if the app showed the route you’ve chosen after it’s booked. Also figure something out so you don’t see empty vehicles leaving when you’ve got time to wait on your order… it seems you’d be able reassign on the fly, filling the cars and keeping schedule. But- GREAT RIDE! Would do this all the time everywhere if available. Keep rates on the uber-pricing range, though. Overpricing would be a mistake.
