The Disney Team of Heroes app is loaded with games, interactive tales, animated character encounters, augmented reality and more—transforming hospital waiting times into moments filled with imagination and fun.
The app takes patients through a whimsical gameboard, filled with fun experiences. At participating children’s hospitals, some gameboards feature special interaction capabilities.
“Magic Art” brings some of patients’ favorite Disney characters to life so that they can deliver fun, inspirational messages. At participating hospitals, the Magic Art experience in the app can be used with special digital screens to produce delightful animations.
“Magic Moments” creates animated moments with some of patients’ favorite Disney characters. At participating hospitals, patients can spark their imagination by playing with interactive Disney murals—designed to interact with the app in vibrant, innovative ways!
During “Enchanted Stories,” patients can put their own creative spin on classic tales through interactive storytelling activities.
Trivia buffs can test their knowledge of Disney’s iconic stories and characters.
“Marvel Hero Holograms” lets patients summon Iron Man and Baby Groot, using augmented reality (AR).
And “Coloring Fun” lets patients show off their artistic skills when they color drawings of some of their favorite characters.
Above all, the Disney Team of Heroes app is part of Disney’s work to reimagine the patient experience in children’s hospitals and help create moments of happiness for patients and their families when it’s needed most.

I’m using it at Boston Children’s Hospital. It’s really fun and great. I wish they had this at more children’s hospitals. It takes your mind of the pain of being in the hospital.

Been playing it every day I’ve been playing this app a lot because of Covid and being stuck at home is pretty boring I love playing off to Neverland but it needs to be voiceover accessible I love playing this app with my BFF all the time she and I have so much fun playing it

This app is really great. My son love the holograms of the Avengers and taking photos with them. The games are also fun. If you are at Texas Children’s Hospital you can use the app to interact with the Disney art on the walls. Versatile, fun, and easy to use.
