When I moved I had to leave SRP for the first time in 40 years because my new address is under APS. Needless to say I was VERY nervous about this because I just didn’t know what to expect and I’ve spent years on budget billing so the prospect of unknowns with my electric bill was quite nerve wracking. I have to say I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised!!! From customer service to savings plans to energy bills I am beyond happy to say I live APS!!! Thank you for much for welcoming me as customer and making this transition so pleasant for me!!

First off, I appreciate having the app to pay my monthly electric bill it is a great convenience when on the go. But the current app needs some major work. I am unable to schedule my payments in advance, nor am I able to see if the bill was ever paid. The current months amount due seems to roll over to $0.00 due whether you actually paid the bill or not, then when next month’s bill comes due, you then find out that your electric bill has now doubled because your payment did not get processed.Your monthly payment due should remain on the screen until your payment actually clears online ACH process. You can not access or view your previous monthly payment history which would also help to also determine if your payment cleared. More improvements needed to cover here...

I never had a problem, an excuse, no inconvenience to transfer the light or to cancel the service. This is a company that others should copy as the customer's life is made easier and they do not get bitter. Many congratulations to one of the best companies if not the best, which has served me with a 5 Star service in all facets. I now live 3,000 miles away from Phoenix but will always remember APS as a 5 Star service company. Thanks team.

This app is updated every time i have to pay my bill, which requires me to leave the app to update it, and it is worse each time. Now, apparently, after saving my bank information for years, the app will only “remember” my saved account for six months. Third party payments (credit/debit) may incur a fee. I know why APS is garbage, because of the ACC. They are actively hostile to customers who have no choice in electric provider. This awful app tells you everything you need to know about Arizona Private Service. I would say avoid at all costs but I know you can’t. But maybe instead of use this awful app to pay your bill, mail them 20,000 pennies while they still exist.
