This application consists of three modules: RECORDER, SMART ALARM, STOP SNORING. RECORDER Records your talk or snoring while you are asleep (automatic or manual sensitivity level, records only snoring using smart snoring detection), creates the graph of noise in room during the night, takes the total time of snoring down. SMART ALARM Helps you wake up easy in your lightest sleep phase and allows you to get up relaxed every morning. Improve your sleep naturally, maximize your sleep efficiency. STOP SNORING Tries to stop your snoring by playing chosen sound or using iPhone vibration when the snoring is detected. By using the tracker data and by defining your own factors (activities/means/drugs/custom notes) it is possible to find out which facts influence your sleep positively and limit your snoring. At your disposal there are beautiful statistic charts for simple and efficient analyzing of your sleeps/nights. Snoring detection is based on artificial intelligence (A.I.) with the support of a new Apple machine learning technology. By using a large number of snoring samples, we can achieve high accuracy in statistics and in snoring detection itself. How to place your device correctly is shown in instructions. There is plenty of data being recorded. However no in formation what most of the data means. App detects snoring fine but information on what the recordings mean. A number charts are available for the sessions but no information on what the charts refer to.It appears the developers can write an functional means of recording sleep but not provide any information on how to use the data.

The interface and layout are brilliant. The History display is very handy. You get a listing of all of your recordings in chronological order. You can listen to them and you can even start in the middle of the clip to listen to a part again, and you can rename it. Finally you can easily export your clips. The graph has different colors for different types of sounds differentiating between background noise and snoring for example. It does a fair job of detecting snoring, though it seems to be easily fooled. Based on the sounds I was hearing I discovered I was having seizure like episodes and sleep apnea events that I had successfully treated by a sleep clinic..

I never leave reviews on anything but I ended up paying for the premium subscription. Well my boyfriend just recently moved in with me and he TALKS IN HIS SLEEP. I mean this man holds full conversations while he is asleep. So of course he doesn’t believe me. After reading some of the reviews for this app I thought this would be a great idea. WRONG! It picked up the fan and soft snoring here and there but I know for a fact that at two different points he was talking to me and it didn’t pick up any of that! At one point he coughed and said (that hurt my lungs) because he’s sick but that is the only other thing it picked up! So needless to say unless you want to record fan noises or just snoring do not download this app and DEFINITELY do not pay for the subscription!

I’ve used other sleep apps for 5 years now and I’ve found this to be the best so far! It makes great recordings that record for as long as the sound persists. Other apps cut out after 45 seconds or so. It also picks up talk sounds beautifully! As I wrote, the others would just stop! Sometimes, in the middle of a word!This app did/does exactly what I want! The BEST part is the activation delay! I watch tv before bed & I set the delay so when my timer turns my tv off the app comes on!I love it! It’s definitely the best sleep app I’ve found!
