So much easier than trying to reach the person you need on the phone. Also helpful: being able to see the visit notes, access to your own records like test results and recommendations, and designating a specific pharmacy . Further, I find that when I send a message, it's responded to the same day or at least viewed and if nurse needs to get specific info s/he follows up in a timely manner. With it in writing there's much less misunderstanding than trying to remember what someone said on the phone. I use the app and I'm able to connect directly to Zoom by tapping the link in Gateway for my virtual appointments. Lastly, it's not a glitchy app. Highly satisfied.

This app was amazing and gave me quick access to my medical information whenever it was needed. Not having to know my password thanks to fingerprint was very very helpful for someone who has memory problems. Sadly it seems like my phone is no longer supported with the newest update, rendering this app useless to me now. I relied too much on this app to help me live day to day and keep in contact with my health care providers and reach my health information and updated medications. Now I feel lost and even more confused. I feel stupid for being stuck in a loop for so long of trying to log in, being redirected to a new version, having my phone tell me it is updated to the best of its abilities and to retry opening the app then trying to log in again and being redirected to the store to update then being told it's updated and to open the app then log in using my fingerprint only to be redirected. Thank you for this app and thank you for taking the time to read this. It used to make my life much easier to manage

I’d like to provide some feedback on your IOS mobile app. While I find it to be one of the better designed apps for provider and hospital practices, my one and only complaint is the use of the Face ID feature.In order for this to engage (once it’s turned on in settings), the end user has to touch the Face ID icon on the login page. This is an unnecessary step. If Face ID is engaged, the feature should automatically launch when the end user enters the login page. If this can be fixed (as I consider this to be a defect from a usability aspect). And in the event the Face ID doesn’t recognize the user, then it should default to user name/password

All excellent. For those who can remember years ago without an online site like Gateway now providing us with all sorts of medical information about ourselves, our medications, visits with doctors, dates…..all available ……and being able to refill prescriptions, write a message to a doctor and on and on……. compared to those past years without texting, without email, without search apps…….every communication was by telephone or post office mail. It worked, we were used to it, but now as we look back…….and compare to today….. do you think any change for the good? Huge!
