Best app so far in the market to remit safely and with great competitive rates . I have been using them for past few years and never had any issues with either remittances or cancellation and refunds. I have used other remittance services but this by far checks all the boxes and gives peace of mind.

Unethical Business practice

This app is really good and provides a very competitive rates when compared with other providers. But the customer service is very pathetic and not customer centric. They don't mind the customer satisfaction. Here is my experiecne: I am a customer since last 5 years and now my account restricted from transfer due to cancellation of a recent transfer before the funds are deducted from my account. When I approached customer service, they said to upload several documents and I did. I was told that I will receive an email with the details. To my surprise, I recieved the email but asks me to pay $10 to unlock it. What kind of unethical business is this? Placid team, I tried to reach out customer service several times to explain but no luck. So leaving this review to at least the top mgmt know about it.

Can’t delete account

This app is very intrusive if you like your checking account. You also can’t close or delete account. They keep your private information and possibly share it, if you didn’t out. The 10 dollar referral is a lie also. My wife sent me the link to signup and she didn’t receive anything. To top it off, the money i sent to her was cancelled after after 3 hours of her waiting for the payment i sent her. The reason for cancellation was that we had two accounts in the same household. This company also knew my social security number when i signed up. I had never used this app before. That was very suspicious.

No details are needed to initiate a transaction but the customer support team from India will call you on the phone and ask for personal details like wire transfer document, screenshots of your bank account, and other personal details. They’ve found a loop hole to hide all the original reviews that complain about the stuff they are doing and they’ve had fake reviews written and marked as helpful so that they show up first when you install the app. Don’t fall for this.
