Now when I worked for seven eleven and had to do seven bows all night on top of dealing with customers who are inpatient and had attitudes but then wanted to complain when I got one back treat ppl the way you want treated I’m sorry point blank but now that I don’t work for them no more. I love it. And I still love the seven elevens I worked for under Abdul Basit we had our ups and downs but never once did he ever allow anyone to ever disrespect me or yell at me like I’m a child. I wanna thank the entire basit family you all are amazing and will always be family to me. Saba I love you to pieces Abdul you are the dad I wish. I would have had. To see how you are with your kids makes me wish I had a dad like you. They fulfill out of one of the worst locations just a few blocks from me, but I’d rather not get hit by a Kia with illegal modifications barreling through the parking lot at manchild speeds. Always order a 21 and up item to slightly increase your chances of the driver actually coming to your door since they have to see you’re old and scan your id. Pray to whatever god you believe in they’re from the alpha quadrant and have their phone set to a language from Earth because you’ll have to help them scan your license and finish the order. One time I’m pretty sure the drivers name roughly translated as the anti-life equation that Darkseid seeks in so many Dc comics, I wonder if they have 7-11 on Apokolips, and do they have swisher sweets at them. If you want the $5 pizza and it’s not set to “ready to bake” the chances of the driver stealing your order increase dramatically, I watched one park outside, and eat that cheap pizza before marking the order undeliverable. My friend really wanted those white claws and I ended up just getting them from Drizly. I’ve never had fancy deep dish stolen by a gigdriver, just this one step above Totino’s with real imitation capybara sausage and a cheese like substance on it. If you do not order an item that needs your Id, I can guarantee the driver who just learned to navigate outside fluiditic space and wear a mostly believable human disguise will just fling the bag in a bush outside your foyer. You just end up deciding to go to a better 7-11 yourself and using what you would have spent on a delivery fee and tip on a Uber back. “Fine, I’ll do it myself!”

2 Hours Laters, STILL NO DELIVERY, STILL NO UPDATED ETA, NO HELP. I found this review to mirror my exact experience, except I never got my order and they charged my card: “I’m always amazed when a major corporation releases and heavily markets a product like #7now but doesn’t catch stuff like... updating delivery time... in a delivery app. Fun fact, the app also does not tell you what it’s password requirements are during account creation or allow hyphens in last names, shows out of stock items as available, does not have a way to contact the driver or modify the order once submitted, sells your personal information (US only so it’s legal to require you to opt in to email marketing and associated data barter), requires you to call customer service and wait on hold for upwards of 45 minutes... to leave a voicemail, and the best part is it’s not even 7Eleven delivering your order... it’s Postmates! Also can’t request a refund on an order through the app, Microsoft Anna yells at you about there being “three people ahead of you” although that number doesn’t change and eventually just dumps you to voicemail, cancels orders hours after stated delivery time without reaching out to customers and in some cases without notifying them, delivers partially fulfilled orders and sometimes charges the full amount. I’d be genuinely amused by the incompetence on display here if it wasn’t standing between me and some skittles... which means that this is true to the in-store 7Eleven experience at least.”

Literally the worst delivery app I have ever used

Imagine you want an order from your local convenience store on a cold night but don’t want to walk. 7/11 Now would seem to offer just such a convenience, but it’s a lie. 9 out of 10 times I have used this app, I have not received what I ordered, usually with no acknowledgement from the app whatsoever, and often without any refunds for the sometimes more than half of my order that was dropped. Sometimes I will be given very strange replacement items without being informed that are much less than the value of what I ordered. And that money I’ve now lost? Good luck ever seeing it again bc 7/11 Now boasts probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life, and no option to report missing items directly from the app like every other delivery app in existence right now. Instead expect a lot of waiting on hold, followed by a customer service rep who will hang up on you pretty much any chance they get. I’m still waiting on probably upwards $10 of money this app has effectively stolen from me, and tbh it’s probably time to just give up and delete it. Oh, maybe worth noting that some of this could be how bad postmates drivers are in my area more than the app itself, but that’s another problem; this app is literally just tricking into using postmates, already the most exorbitantly priced rip-off of a delivery app on the market. Don’t be stupid like me, never touch this app and definitely don’t put up with its games. Maybe if enough people give this a wide berth 7/11 will take a hint and replace it with a usable product.
