Our company started using application and portal , its convenient way to see payroll information for our employee's but unfortunately it doesn't show correct information on a portal, for example “”taxable income on portal doesn't reflect correct deductions ,e- payroll checks has no check number ,also no option for memo text on a payroll check. We tried to contact consumer support but no luck at all .

I just downloaded the app this week so I haven’t needed to access any information yet. However, I am disappointed that the app does not use any authentication methods other than a password. In this era where every site requires a password, why not enable finger or facial recognition to alleviate remembering a password or worse, using an easy to guess password.

I've had this app for almost 3 years with NO complaints until now. Everytime my phone updates I have to enter the password. I keep remember me. I mean everyone has a lot of passwords. Problem is there isn't a way to reset the password without logging into the app. 99% of apps if you fail to enter the password you will be given the option to reset it. NOPE ! Not here you can't. Someone help me! I need access to my paystubs.

My employer moved in 2023 to this portal for pay stubsThe portal crashes every 2 weeks (when it is time to expect salary) - I have to delete the app, reinstall the app and put my credentials again. Happens twice a month- first couple days of the month and again mid month. The pay stub appears for viewing a day after my salary is credited in my bank account. Wierd, as thus far the pay stub usually has been available a day or two before the salary credit shows up.I have not used the touch/face ID interface for a while but apparently it doesn't work. One has to remember the password to access the portal / app.Disappointed.
