With the MyNorthwell app, you can manage visits, connect with providers, access results, join appointment wait lists and more. Simply download the app and create an account to get started. Features: • Book, cancel and reschedule appointments. • Join our wait lists and get notified if an earlier appointment time becomes available. • Use eCheck-In before your appointment to save time when you arrive. • View test results and receive notifications of new results. • Manage and view summaries of current health issues, medical history, medications, immunizations and more. • Send messages to your care team or non-medical inquiries to customer service. • Grant account access to caregivers and providers. • View billing statements and make payments. Our app is integrated with HealthKit technology, which allows you to upload health and fitness data from other apps when enrolled in self-tracking programs.

Appointment List

The app provides a lot of information but I wish the appointment list was a bit more compact. Where it listed the doctors name and the appointment time. Right now it only lists the doctors name and the address. So if let’s say I wanted to take a quick picture of the list to be able to quickly see a date and time to schedule another appointment. I’d have to log in go to appointments list and hit details just to see the time. Rather than quickly see a list of dates and times.

The app was working fine for the last year about a month ago could not see the appointments for my elderly mother contacted customer service tech-support. They’ve been working on it for two weeks still cannot resolved The problem. Does not work on windows operating system does not work on Apple operating system when you trying to take care of an elderly person that has a lot of appointments and things happen within the medical field that appointments are canceled. You need to stay on top of things. What’s the use of having an app when you can’t get accurate information not worth downloading the app.

Great user experience

As a healthcare administrator, I’ve seen my share of apps varying in terms of user experience. Northwell Health app was an ease to set up and has a great user interface clearly with the end-user in mind. I also found the level of security to be high and feel that my health information will remain protected. I can already envision how this app can be used to improve the patient experience both in-person and for patients at home. Great job to all who worked on this app!

Northwell Health app was an ease to set up and has a great user interface clearly with the end-user in mind. I also found the level of security to be high and feel that my health information will remain protected. Account creation part not working

Although there is an interface to create an account within the app, I cannot create an account: after entering the personal info and click the create button, nothing happens, no error message, no warning, no nothin. Bad interface design. I had to go to my computer to create the account. Then I can log in from the app to verify and use the app. There should be a warning message that account creation is not working in the app.
