Ohio’s Child Support mobile app gives users secure and easy access to their child support case information anytime, anywhere. Please add either facial/finger print recognition, and/or “remember password” option in the app. Having to lookup/type the password every time is annoying/time consuming.Thank you for the feedback on the “additional actions” button in the top left corner to turn on “finger print/facial recognition” on. However, I am not seeing that in any of the options within that section.

We apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing. During the first login, users are asked if they want to establish touch ID for future logins. If you did not elect the option at that point, tap the menu option in the top left of the Home screen (3 lines), one of the options in the menu is 'Fingerprint Authentication' which will enable Touch ID for logins.

The functionality of the app as a whole is bad. But my main complaint is that for about 6 months or better now, there is some sort of glitch in payments. Every time I type the payment amount into the first screen, once redirected to the card information, the payment amount will not transfer into the payment amount. Even after I put the information in manually on the second screen. I can not continue at all. I’m not sure if the issue is within the app or the redirect web link but this has made it terribly difficult to make payments over the last few months. Thanks for listening.

This app always has issues , constantly getting a error message saying try again later but later , same thing! Who developed this app anyway, a toddler? Takes 5 mins for each option/ page to load if it even loads. Theres NEVER an update available to fix ANYTHING . Child support needs to cancel the contract or DO NOT RENEW. Go with a different developer!!!! Unfortunately you cant give 0 stars or i would have

Ever since the update I haven’t been able to log into my account. It says i need a OTP but I never receive one. And when I decide to try a pin that I setup before it tells me it incorrect. I really wish you guys would fix this issue but I’m pretty sure you won’t because I don’t think you guys even care. Even when I called you guys and said something, the person over the phone sounded like she didn’t care. Do better
