Best Workout App out there!

I joined Ladder Teams (specifically Body & Bell) to stay motivated and have new workouts to look forward to each day/week, and also accelerate my love for kettlebellsI didn’t expect to be a part of a community when I signed up and it’s been the hightlight of my life (especially during this time). Each day and week I look forward to the workouts, hearing what people are saying and knowing that we are all in this together. The support from the coaches (Lauren and Meghan) along with the members is what make this app and form of training completely different than other workout apps (believe me, I’ve tried them all and this is the only one that has kept me interested and looking forward to more, it’s the only workout app I’ve stuck to and have committed to). The coaches are easily accessible and provide real time support, you feel like they are with you the entire workout, motivating you to do your best. Each week a new set of workouts are released and they are always changing it up which makes wanting to do the workouts even more exciting. I’d recommend this app to anyone who is looking to change up their fitness routine, looking to challenge themselves, and who also want to be a part of an amazing community and group of people.

Great app, AMAZING community and coaches

I joined Ladder teams when it first started back in June with the Body&Bell team and it’s been absolutely amazing! The app has been continuously improving and adding some really cool features like the Wall, timer for the exercises, group chat additions etc. coach Lauren and Meghan have put together such a fun program with amazing workouts each day but I think one of the best thing about the app is the chat functionality! You have access to a 1 on 1 chat with your coaches to get feedback and ask questions. you also have a group chat with everyone else in the program to talk about really anything, how the workouts went, how you’re feeling, and I think the biggest thing is the non stop encouragement and support you get from everyone. You become part of this amazing community and create some really cool relationships with people you probably would’ve never met before. I’ve even found a new workout buddy that wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for this program and the environment Lauren and Meghan created. I definitely recommend this app and more importantly the Body&Bell program. Lauren and Meghan are the best coaches! And Claire who is our Ladder Teams rep is so helpful, it’s the perfect team!

Best Workout App with Results

I was blessed to cross paths with a former Peloton Coach Jennifer Jacobs. I was hooked from the beginning - from her love of 80’s music to making you feel like she was riding right by your side - always pushing you. It was only fitting that I follow her on her new journey with Ladder Teams to deliver her detailed training with her JMethod program. I’m training more on a consistent level than ever before and I’m feeling so much stronger. Her workouts include a variety of combinations such as strength, mobility, core, cardio and resistance. The training is different every week, however the JMethod gives you the tools to be prepared and stronger for the weeks ahead. The videos of each workout gives you personal instruction, Jennifer Jacobs is there to give you the proper instruction on how to perform each move properly so that you can see results. Most of the workouts are 30-40 minutes and will leave you feeling inspired for more. The whole experience is very personalized. The price is worth getting to train one on one with one of the best coaches in the world - and results are guaranteed. You must join this amazing team and let Jennifer Jacobs show you her amazing JMethod program.
