Ladder Teams - Filling a much needed void with an exceptional product.

If you are looking for a clean, hassle-free, and energetic platform to help push you through some great workouts, Ladder Teams checks all the boxes. Professionally programmed workouts on a high-end app, boosted by the energy of its users.

Small group ‘Teams’ with workouts programmed by the country’s best-in-class handpicked fitness coaches. Workouts are thoughtful and concise, with leeway to push yourself and experience progress throughout the program. All daily workouts compliment each other carefully to give you a full week of holistic physical progress.

The app interface, all of its functionality, and back-end stack are user-friendly and sleek. Several fitness coaching apps hugely lack an authentic sense of community. The team-oriented approach to fitness and progress being targeted through Ladder Teams tackles that void in a big way.

This app is why I haven’t fully turned into a couch potato during this pandemic🙃🤗

I have been having a hard time trying to find a consistent way to workout as it seemed I would workout for 2 weeks and then stop again, and again. I MISSED MY GRP WRKOUT CLASSES!!! With this app I get all the things I love and miss about my classes. When you join a program you get connected to others who are joining in with easy communication with them as well as the coach. So the community is nice cause I stay more accountable with actually working out consistently and then easy alternatives to workouts personalized for me, as I might not have the equipment cause gym still closed for me 😐 love it, and should try Fit Forward program in the app!!! Workouts in this program are like maybe 30/40 mins and you’re done...it’s amazing!

The “community feel” has me hooked

Downloaded this app when it launched to test it out during the free trial period. I am pretty impressed with the concept so far. Love the fact that I feel like I’m on the ‘inner circle’ and have this personal connection to a coach that I’ve followed on Instagram for a while now. Prior to downloading I did not realize that the whole “team” aspect they promote is actually a real interactive support system of people who are just like me. These people in the chat share their experience with the work outs, cheer you on, or share post-workout selfies. It’s really like being a part of a community, similar to joining a running club or workout group, but virtually. Really like this concept, definitely see this being my new way of working out going forward.
