But when it works, it works great. Certain mornings it doesnt work at all and just shows it’s loading. It’s extremely frustrating when you are trying to get your child ready for school and are worried they are going to miss the bus. Please fix the glitches.

This is the largest public school system in the United States, in a heavily congested, traffic nightmare city, and we could really use the ability to track our children on their school buses, which are so often late or don’t show up. I log in (not easy with glitchy interface), see my children, who ride the bus every day to and from school, and every morning and every afternoon it says “no activity”—even though I put them on the bus and pick them up myself. They are on the bus. This is just a colossal failure. If it ever works, I’ll update my review, because we really need this to happen!

As a software engineer myself being forced to use this app to track my child’s bus is a disgrace. She has cerebral palsy and has t ride the bus every day . This was supposed to be a tool to assist in coordination with the bus company. All this is , is a headache which is sad because an app like this doesn’t take much to work smoothly . You’re not re inventing the wheel gps tracking with devices is simple . You guys have NO EXCUSE for having such a poorly made app!!! These kids need everyone’s BEST effort . It just seems like via took the DOE’s money and delivered whatever they wanted. Wish they launch a bid for someone to make a new app! I would build one that rips this one to pieces by MYSELF. Via should be ashamed of themselves!!!
