Best ab workout app I’ve ever used.

I found this seemingly random app on the App Store over a year ago, I have been using it regularly since then. As an avid Apple Fitness+ user I thought I’d never use it again. I was wrong, this app is way better for ab workouts. Best ab workout app I’ve ever used. Cheers


Six pack

Even though I am very much how to shape I find this exercise routine with the timing and the counting makes it very easy to work through I hope to see results in 30 days even though they probably won’t be as good as a younger more fit person

I’ve been using this app for about three months now.
I started using it to regain control of my fitness. I’ve lost 35 lbs and 3” on my waist. Plus my golf handicap is down to a 4 from 8.
I also use the other apps: Dumbbells; Kettlebells; Barbells and Running!
