Our mobile plans include up to 5GB of storage and 1 channel each for email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM.
Solo - A single-user plan with up to 500 replies per month, unlimited conversation assignments, follow, status, and search features.
Team - For up to 3 users, this plan offers up to 1000 replies per month and includes everything in Solo plan, plus conversation snooze and shared tags.
Team Plus - For up to 5 users, this plan offers up to 1500 replies per month and includes everything in Team, along with the ability to move conversations across inboxes and create response templates.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

TeamInbox is an awesome idea for companies like mine, with a small staff wherein everyone wears all the hats. Being able to see coworker emails without the constant game of CC’ing and forwarding constantly (or forgetting to do so) is a big desire. But the app feels like it was handed off to a junior dev team. I love almost all of the other Zoho apps, but the iOS experience seems disorganized, underpowered, and kind of half baked. Really hope to see this app get more focused development. Could be a real game changer if it gets some tweaks and improvements.

I have a google login and this goes in loops when I try to log in. If it does get all the way through the oauth process, it has an error and then I can’t log in. This app is just like pretty much all of their other programs except Invoices - garbage. We have the One subscription for our company and every app is written by a different team with different standards. This app is no exception. The joke at our office is Zoho: 80%, 100% of the time. IYKYK.

Needs design update for iPad

The other Zoho apps use the entire screen of my iPad, but this app only uses about a quarter of the screen! Tried to open on iPhone tonight, but it won’t open at all. I prefer not to use the mobile app until these issues are rectified.
