I started my dumbbell home workout journey in May 2024. I don’t have to worry about to pay 150 or more for personal trainer. It’s changing my life. I noticed that my past workout sessions and shrinks were completely gone. I don’t know if someone is hack this my workout session. I deleted and reset this app for couple times. I have to starting over from the beginning to the end. I love the personal workouts book. I’m planning to purchase other workout journal but I will delete this app right after I will complete my dumbbell challenge in 65 days. The owner needs to fix this app and stop allow them hackers to stealing my workouts session and shrinks.

I’ve tried basically every habit building/tracking app out there and nothing compares to the level of what you’re actually given in this one. The quality and quantity of information, and habit tracking are second to none. You even have live support!!! Other apps/services charge hundreds of dollars a month for the level of support you get in the app, and that’s one simple feature here. I can’t rave about this enough. If you’ve had enough of the same general habit tracking and don’t want to spend thousands a year on the expensive coaching apps, this is such an easy choice.
