Why when I try to pay, it does not let me put the month and year that my card expires? I can’t make a payment if it won’t let me put that info in. So far not impressed at all with this app

So I created an account, I received my member number and my profile and everything was set up. I go to pay for my child support case in Pennsylvania and right before I click submit payment I noticed that my case number is showing my member number. I called support and they are telling me each time I call they do not have an app for their service just kiosk and the website. I can’t tell if they are oblivious or this app is made without them knowing? Either way touch pay support could not help me at all. All I wanted to know was my case number connected to my account number and if that case number that is showing on the submit page oh purposely there or was there an error. They just kept telling me to call the child support office instead of offering any type of help. Someone needs to update them on the application if it belongs to them and how to help someone instead of referring them to the child support office. The child support office only receives the money and they have no clue how my account number is connected to my case number and why it’s not visible on my account and it’s not their job to know.

My 9 year old son himself, could program a better child support app than this.75% of the time you try to make a payment on this app, you receive a “We cannot process your payment at this time” error message. I haven’t been able to make a payment in WEEKS. I genuinely believe they want young fathers tied up with the court system and in jail at this point. This error message has existed for SO LONG; in fact, so long that the first time I recall seeing that message was years ago when I couldn’t grow facial hair; I am currently typing this review with a full beard. They do not update this app.Worst part about it, is that this app is mostly used by men. And men don’t complain about anything so this terrible app will remain terrible.Anyway, find another way to pay your child support. Don’t use ANY of these apps. They’re all terrible and you’ll probably end up in jail.

Do not use this app! I made 2 payments on this and Domestics says they never got them. I have no idea where my money went and when I called customer service the guy, although very nice, could not tell me anything. He just kept saying it was accepted. When I asked him to send me a second copy of my receipts he did not know any information. As if he was completely making up the receipt as we went. Also, my case number isn’t anywhere on there. My case # is my member ID. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one available until Friday (4 days away) I don’t know what’s up with this app but I will never use it again. I want my money back!
