I actually really like this app. It is easy to use, has more options for you to explore, learn about credit, how to build it, set up savings accounts for different reasons and more from what I’ve seen. It actually does benefit me to have this app and I have to say going back to original banks where the level of professionalism and integrity is much to my satisfaction. Traditional is better. So thank you Lake City Bank for having my back! To show my appreciation, Lake City Bank has my loyalty.

I like the Apple line helps me to keep up with what’s going on with my own personal business as well as my company business only thing I really don’t like is my direct deposit takes all down day in order for it to be deposit that’s the only thing I don’t like other than that lake city bank gets five stars for me a lot of that deposit I think I asked to do with the company that I work for but I am willing to work with both ends to get it Square 🙏🏾

The Lake City Bank app is easy to use, which is appreciated. One primary thing I like is that I signed up for a daily balance alert. With a quick glance, I know what my balances are in each account (checking, savings, etc) and I don’t have to take the time to log into the accounts. This gives me a quick, thumb-nail look at my balances. If it is not what I expected , I can then fully log into my account.

This is possibly the worst app I’ve ever had to use. I’m not even sure where to start. When you first open the app the page is filled with notifications that pop up every single time you open the app and financial tools that I have no interest in. I have to scroll just to see my account balances which is the number one reason I dowloaded this app. You also need a separate app for card controls for your debit card but you have to click a link inside this app every time you want to open the card controls app. 99% of my banking is done online and with how terrible of an experience this is I’m heavily considering switching banks.
