The app is amazing and a blessing to me, it’s so quick and easy to use. Paying my bill is so simple and satisfying for me because it allows me to have access to my account and payment method without having to worry about entering a lot of unnecessary detail information. Thank you for making this app user friendly for everyone especially senior citizens and the disabled.

Amount owed issues

It does not change amount owed if you make a partial payment. I made a partial payment a week and a half ago but it still says that I owe the full payment. When I try to make another payment it wants me to pay the full amount like I never made a payment. Please fix this!! On the old app we was able to see how much was left that we owed after a partial payment and it did not try to make us pay the original amount every time we tried to make another payment. For some of us our power bill is extremely high no matter what we do because of the heat so we have to make weekly payments. We need to be able to see how much is still owed not how much was originally owed.

Really slow

This app is really useful WHEN you can get it to load and open properly. It’s incredibly slow to load/open…this app definitely has some bugs that need to be fixed. Before anyone wants to come at me about possible issues on my part…yes, the app is updated on my device. No, I’m not having any issues with any other apps on my device. No, it’s not an internet speed issue. Anytime I have an issue with any app or device I always go through a basic troubleshooting list before complaining to the company.

It did not reset/refresh the login page every time the app is made active. I paste my login info into the app. When I switched back to copy the password, the screen shows a refresh graphic and clears all fields. Ok, I’ll paste the password and type the id. Great, now it presents an unnecessary message requiring me to change my password. My password is already secure, but no. Ok back to my info app to create a new password. Back to the app and …. Refresh. Back to a blank login screen. Lol. The app might be better but I literally can’t use it. Hilarious. Does anyone test anymore? If people are typing memorable PWs, the PW is flawed and likely guessable by automated attacks. Oh well.
