Mark Levin Show 4+

As a Mark Levin fan it is disheartening to find an app that does not work well for the visually impaired. aside from the fact that it's hard to navigate with all the advertisements and pop ups, just finding the menu can be a chore. I don't understand when you first open the app it plays The most current episode from the middle, not from the beginning. When you finally find the podcast feature and select the episode you want it occasionally does not start the program even after hitting the play button. Also, like the other reviewers said… If you pause the program and come back to it a short time later it will start the program over from the very beginning. I'm sure Mark would not be very happy if he found out the complaints about an app his name is on.

I love Mark Levin, and I use this app all the time, which makes it even more frustrating that it’s so buggy. It will occasionally just lock up, and at times when I reopen it, it will play the show in two different spots at the same time. Then, when you close it and restart it, you have to watch the same stinking ad for some goofy game, that then automatically kicks you over to the App Store to buy, which you then have to close and go back over to the Levin app, that on occasion then locks up again as a result of the flipping back and forth. I’ll continue to deal with it, but it’s disappointing.

The app is constantly shutting down for no reason at all. That’s enough of a pain in general, but if I’m listening while in the shower, I can’t just get back in. I end up skipping the show. ALSO: The app rarely lets me control it (pause, fast forward, rewind) from my lock screen. It’s hit or miss...and the miss rate is about 90%. The app is very bad, to say the least.

UPDATE: Still stopping all the time when playing a downloaded show. Also playing a video ad on the middle of downloaded shows. When that happens, both audio streams play and there is no way to pause the show and wait for the video ad to end. I think this is what is happening when it shuts off — a video ad, which is supposed to autoplay when the app is started, starts up in the middle of a downloaded show. FIX THIS!!!!!

UPDATE 2: Still autoplaying ads while a downloaded podcast is playing. In other words, the show and the commercial are running simultaneously.

UPDATE 3: Over the past two days the app has been constantly shutting down. Over the span of about an hour of listening each day, I’ve had to re-start the app about 7-10 times...EACH DAY. This app is AWFUL.
