Convinced you’ve run out of things to watch? Amazon Prime Video may be able to prove otherwise. The app is brimming with brilliant films, dramas, and comedies, as well as sports and children’s TV, all available to watch on demand. We love the ultra-high-quality 4K streaming and the slick UI. Oh, and the ability to create multiple user profiles and download series to watch later. There are also hundreds of Amazon Originals to check out—great series and films produced by Amazon Studios that you won’t find anywhere else.
Ad Supported FreeVee on Prime Video.?
If you want to put shows that we’re on Prime Video & put them on FreeVee fine, but people paying for Prime Video should not be subject to the ads when watching a FreeVee labeled show through the Prime Video app. Why couldn’t you just leave it without ads on Prime Video & also put them on FreeVee with ads.? You even have a separate FreeVee app. You couldn’t just make everything on the FreeVee app with ads & everything on the Prime Video app without ads.?
You took Dark Shadows & injected it with ads even though we’re watching it on Prime Video. You now have a show that runs about 22min an episode injected with ads that just ruin the experience. That’s not what I’m paying y’all every month for. Who’s the genius who decided that.?
I understand shows like Leverage: Redemption that were never on Prime video being on FreeVee, I get it, but Dark Shadows: The Beginning was on ad-free Prime way b/f ad-supported FreeVee.
Yikes! Jumps around like on crack. Fat and clumsy.
GOOD: Seems downloads are now a LOT faster - not Netflix fast, but much improved - Thanks! Great Selection of old and new programs. Always liked the selection - especially old movies and series. I like the new better search of "view with ads." BAD: Untested new features, or I am just not someone they target as a user. Jumps around between pages with little provocation - not doing what I want without multiple tries. Nervous and twitchy. Visually cluttered. I can no longer see some program title pictures nor read some titles, because they are now faded out and/or covered with big buttons for some reason - bigger buttons do not always start play but randomly jumps to another page for some reason. Downloads fail, go away, or just don't seem to work, then do - horrible download progress communication. "My list" is now harder to access, use, less information, and even harder to clean up. I can no longer easily differentiate the "My List" freevee and pay programs without looking at each program individually - I used frevee on excess cellular at the end of the month - cant find them now on "My List". Competitor Netflix's downloads is no longer vastly superior, but now Netflix is way easier to use. Again, the things I liked in Prime are jist going away or gone, and the new features don't help or hurt the experience for me, so their target audience is not me.
