This is easily the worst financial app I have installed on my phone and this company should be embarrassed. Seriously, who would trust you to manage their money when you can’t manage to put together a decent app for your customers in 2024?! The app always requires the full login process even though facial recognition is turned on. Now it won’t even prompt a keyboard so I can enter my password (even though I shouldn’t have to in the first place). So I can’t use the app at all. When I am able to login, the layout is terrible and I can’t even see how each of my funds is performing. I will be providing this same feedback to my human resource department too. It’s crazy that my financial future is being handled this way.

Makes me nervous that a company that can’t even properly launch a app is handling my money I can’t log in even though I’ve had a account for years and have thousands off dollars invested with your website as well is horrible hard to understand and why would I want to sit on the phone with some of the most horrible customer service I wouldn’t invest with them really wish I would have known before hand will definitely going to look into pulling my 401k and investing with another company at this point I don’t even care about the employer match

This app will not remember your login even though Face ID is turned in. So every time I need to access my account I need to use my user id and password. The layout is simple but this is not an app for retirement. No planning options just a way to review your balance.
