The new format and user friendly interface is so much better and easier than the old version. I love this new updated version and find it much easier and smoother to navigate.

Worst Mortage service company, resolution team speak down to customer. They do nothing to help. I just had a situation where I have been paying my bill on time. I was only one payment late from 10 months ago and they just put the payment on my bill 10 months later. I call to report that the late payment was not populating on their app but today 10 months later it showed up. All they could have say to me was oh, we just updated the app and that’s why it was not showing. There app was showing wrong bill info for 10 months and now boom it’s a shutdown and I have to pay a whooping $$79 fee when my mortgage went up over $200 last month. These people are heartless.

I made payment using the pay now feature and it still hasn’t come out yet. It shows as scheduled for the next day(today) and it still hasn’t come out yet. I wish it had a debit card option. If I put in my debit card instead of account info it would’ve paid it instantly. Now I’m sitting around waiting for it to come out. I do appreciate their an app and online option. That’s convenient. So it seems I’ll have to try and make payment earlier so it can come out on time since the pay now isn’t really pay now.

After submitting a payment, there is no information on the main payment screen indicating that a payment has been submitted/scheduled. This lack of confirmation makes it pretty difficult to feel confident that your payment is being processed. Furthermore, if you click “make a payment” a second time, there is again nothing indicating that a payment was just submitted, meaning there is nothing stopping you from making a duplicate payment. This is predatory as someone could easily inadvertently make two payments. Please fix this promptly.
