New to Xfinity Mobile after switching from Verizon yesterday and several years of great tech support with Asurion. I wanted to ask a few questions. I was immediately faced with AI. Absolutely inexcusable for a paid service. My service with Xfinity Mobile will go back to Verizon by this afternoon. I will not pay to fight to get help!

I am not computer savvy. However when i finally got in apple settings and change my password, i was so happy. Just follow instructions. Not so!Entered password twice, both times failed.Do not want to reset again.Suggested check Bluetooth, it’s on.Wi fi is not connected.I have two accounts, 2.4 and 5ghz,Tried password on both, I am still not in!!!Reason I don’t want to start all over with password is, there is a full one hour delay before i can get in to change info.Already done that and haven’t patience to go back in.Usually take a smart password, but this phone that is being replaced due to unknown damage.It will consistent fill in strong password automatically and fails to give correct password, so must change password every time i sign in. I of course have not written it down.I have found it frustrating and difficult.Will wait for Tech in am and hope for the best.And please no remarks about age!!When i worked and computers were set up for computer Illiterate I learned fast and was as good as others.I just don’t do well when teacher is speaking faster than computer can keep up with.I mean the phone i am removing data from has been mortally wounded, therefore it is Slow!!!Once i get in and can use phone my review may be better. I hope so….

Bought a 16 ProMax during the Black Friday sale. Traded In my 12. 3wks later the phone cam back from Assure rejecting my trade because the screen was damaged. The phone was not damaged when I turned it in. And the store accepted it for the trade. I came back to the store to ask for help. They said they had no authority on the matter. I asked if I could return the 16. They agreed and transferred m data back to the 12. During the 35 min wait to have the security feature cleared, I call the 800#. That contact asked me id the display on the 12?had black lines on it and if it operated properly. I saw d yes. She said we will take the 12 on trade if that is the case. So she worked with me to transfer the data back to the 16. She had to drop the call and said she would call back. She didn’t. So I called again. Eventually my data was transferred back to the 16 and the 2nd 800 contact said they would mail me labels to return the 12. The labels never came. On 1/14 I again spoke to the 800 people, they opened a ticket and said that management would review. I complained that no one ever called or did what they said they would do. The next week I received a phone call asking about my 16. I asked if that person read the notes in my file. She had not. I explained my problem had nothing to do with the 16 but with the 12 being accepted on trade. She said she understood and agreed with me and that she would elevate Tge ticket. On 2/15, I received a text stating that they could not help me and the ticket was closed. Yesterday I called the 800 again and complained that the ticket was closed probably because someone’s metric was at 2 month. And the strategy of wearing out the customer until they just got tired and stopped following up was plain to see. They tried to get me to call Assure, the insurance company. I disagreed that my complaint was with them. It was with xfinity, the store and the 800 # service. They reopened the ticket stating that I had to come to the store and let them take pictures of the 12 to have it evaluated for return. I told them i either want the original deal honored or I want to return the 16 for full credit. I’m at the store now… wait time 35 minutes.

They signed me up to transfer mobile phone service from Verizon without my permission after I said I would think about it and get back to them. I never did decide to switch and found out after a couple of months that they had started billing me even though no phones were ever activated. They had my card # from my cable account! I’ve been to the store twice after calling customer service and can’t get any answers about a refund. Tomorrow is next billing day and I think they’ll charge me again. The store manager has told me he will try to talk to his boss to approve. Both times I’ve been told I will hear in 2 days. It’s been almost 2 weeks. And nothing!Who can I contact for REAL HELP?
