Can’t use promo codes for paper coupons, can’t use claim points since even after entering it perfectly multiple times it claims it’s wrong even though it’s not.

You can’t request a sauce/dressing be put on the side. So I guess if you don’t eat right away you’re stuck with a soggy sandwich. Some toppings are only available on certain sandwiches. For instance, you cannot add mushrooms to a BLT or a Club, or cannot add oil/vinegar to a pizza sub.There is no nutrition information on the app. Would be nice if I didn’t have to google caloric information but that’s a lot to ask.

The app has been updated to address a lot of the issues in prior reviews. I gave it a chance and I’m glad I did. I look forward to eating lots of Penn Station moving forward. 😁👍

The app never works. I’ve tried several times to place and order and it always says there are errors, but doesn’t indicate what the errors are. I have also tried to use promo codes from my email and they are never valid or recognized. The old app and reward system was so much better, not sure how it could have possibly gotten this bad. Fire the app developers immediately.
