About Brave Wellness Studio
Founded by a licensed psychotherapist Brave Wellness Studio is Latina owned and women operated. Central to the studio mission is integrating therapy yoga and holistic healing in one community space. Brave has been featured as San Diego’s first mental health wellness studio.
Psychotherapy and Coaching
Our approach blends traditional talk therapy with somatic healing mindfulness breathwork and holistic lifestyle support. Therapists help individuals reconnect with body signals surface root causes of anxiety trauma or transitions and build tools for emotional regulation. Clients include teens adults women couples and those navigating life shifts. We accept Aetna and United HealthCare insurance as well as FSA HSA credit cards and offer virtual or in person sessions.
Infrared Yoga and Movement
Take yoga deeper at Brave. Classes include Brave Vinyasa Flow Weighted Yoga Sculpt Slow Flow and Relax and Restore in infrared heated rooms at eighty to ninety degrees depending on class. Infrared heat detoxifies relieves muscle tension improves circulation and eases joint stiffness. Modifications are offered and classes welcome all experience levels.
Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
Expand your healing with therapeutic ketamine sessions combining intention setting medical evaluation guided inward exploration and processing. These sessions support emotional breakthroughs and symptom relief for anxiety PTSD depression and trauma. A personalized protocol includes preparation integration and follow up facilitated with therapist guidance.
Community Circles Events and Workshops
Join Brave in themed community circles and experiential circles such as somatic anger release breath journeys pride celebration circles and perimenopause support. These spaces offer connection healing tools storytelling and collective support.
Wellness Retreats

Yoga Teacher Trainings
Train as a yoga teacher with Brave through our two hundred hour certification or Weighted Yoga Sculpt training.
