Great all around workout app. We do have the bike but the app is great to workout anywhere. It is great that peloton realizes there is always room for improvement. Some instructors I like more than others which is how it should be. Some instructors do seem to use it as there therapy session but usually still give a great workout. I do wish peloton would realize not everyone like politics in every aspect of their lives. Also realize not everyone is on the same page in the book of politics. All in all they are diversified in what they offer for types of instructors style of teaching/coaching and workouts offered. Peloton has a way of engaging you if you go off course and get distracted from your workout by sending a notification that it has been x amount of days since your workout. There are many challenges to participate in and programs as well. I have the bike 3 1/2 years so I have been around long enough to know they do always try to improve. My biggest complaint is they do not stay out of politics. I do not want to know what side anyone much less my online gym is on. They are extremely obvious about is as well as their instructors. It does get annoying enough that when the headlines flair up it deters me from using anything peloton. I use other apps so not a problem for me. Sweat does not get into any opinions. ❤️ But overall peloton is a great app. The bike is the best one on the market & yes worth all the $$. I waited two years for my bike. Had to convince my non working out husband. No he doesn’t workout now either. 😏

No understand that I have a Fitbit app for my Fitbit watch that I also use. However I really only use that to monitor a heart rate in my sleep quality and a half and other other things I don’t use it for the work out because the workouts on that app just didn’t interest me for some reason I guess is the best way to say it. However I’ve worked outA couple what time is very regularly using this peloton app the workouts are fun, they’re just the right difficulty, and I think it’s a little clearer to follow because it’s really just in the videos just the instructor. It’s not like you’re in a whole class which I kind of found distracting with the other app so you feel that it’s just you and the instructor with one on one which is really great. The boxing workouts that I’ve done are excellent and they make you sweat. I just finished an ab workout that was only five minutes and it was it was very very difficult but that’s great because that’s something that I want to work on. Overall I got to say it’s a great app you’re gonna love it you’re going to get some great workouts in you’re going to continuously use it as I will. My one why would the app I guess is sometimes the music is a little bit distracting because I think it’s just a little bit too loud but I I think there’s a way to mediate that. I also just meditated using this app and the meditations are nice the calming perfect so all in all it’s a really really good app that I think you will get your moneys worth out of

Love but outdoor routes need work

I’m a huge peloton fan. I use it to supplement my outdoor running and biking training. Ideally I’d like all my workouts to show up together, but peloton hasn’t integrated with Strava or AppleHealth to be able to import workouts yet, which is frustrating. To try to get around this, I used the tracking feature on the app to track an outdoor ride. This was a disaster. I used Strava on my Apple phone at the same time and when I hit my turnaround point, Peloton was about a mile short of Strava. Not great, but directionally correct (Strava’s mileage was correct. I’ve ridden that route many times using Garmins and Apple Watches and phones for tracking and it should have been between 17-18 miles). Then on the way back, following much of the same route, Peloton decided I’d only gone 10 more miles! In some places where I was riding the same route as the way out, it counted one mile to what was five on the way out! Then to add icing to the incorrect mileage cake, it somehow managed to override my Strava workout on Strava itself so now I don’t even have a real record of the ride and I really wanted to compare speeds out and back because of the wind factor. So to sum it up, frustrating that the outdoor tracking is so lousy but could be easily solved by just allowing users to import Strava or Apple workouts for outdoor activities so all of our tracking could be together in the Peloton app (and count towards our monthly mileage challenges and annual goals).
