Just downloaded the app today and logged in and went to go use the app again about an hour or so later and it’s stuck saying log out and then presenting a blank white screen and never going back to the login screen. I’m having to uninstall and reinstall to get logged in again.

Very slow and unresponsive app lacking any functionality. useless piece of junk. Unfortunately my job keeps 401k with Lincoln. How can one trust them when they cannot even create a functional application. It gets worse with every update. Can’t wait to take my pension money to anywhere else, as soon as change job. This application is useless. Stay away from Lincoln financial. If they can’t hire smark professionals to build a functional application to track your pension money, how one can trust them to have a professionals to manage your money. Why my employer choose this company is beyond me. Terrible. Two years of constant errors when using this app to track 401k and it get worse every time they update the app. Slow. Unresponsive. Log you out constantly, and always loading. Does not provide ant details about your investments.

This app was easy to set up and the recent updates are a nice improvement. I am able to access my account, check the balance, adjust contribution amount, and see goal progression. It also allows access to my full web-based account if needed.

Frustrated DP
I’ve been using this app and complaining about it for years. I’m glad to see that they have finally made improvements and improved the usability of the app. Love that they also finally got Biometrics. It looks clean, I can easily navigate and get the information I need when I need it.
