I’m happy to see you made the app better but no iOS update

I’m happy to see you worked on the app and make it better and better, however, I’m still on iOS 15.7 and I don’t want to update to 18 or 26since they will make my phone much slower and laggy. As the app requires higher and higher iOS version, I’m truly disappointed with this update. I truly hope to keep using the app without the update, thanks.

I have ordered food from them at least ten times (not including my relatives’ orders) and I never hear complaints from their orders in the Concord, CA store. I will take out one star for not offering apple/google/samsung pay on the app as an option. This should be the standard as it is free and much more secure than inputting your credit and debit card information. I suspect that the posted reviews are misleading as my experience with this store is basically the same as all other stores that I go to (and those stores have thousands of reviews - the biggest difference is that the other stores offer Apple Pay unlike this one - at least for online orders).

i order 2 pcs chickenjoy 2 orders and 1 order of spaghetti and the cashier put 4 spaghetti combos and 1 pc chickenjoy, and i ask her can you check my order it doesnt seems right to me and she said ahhm yes, and she said yes its right and she proceed anyway and i dont want to argue still i ask miss can you check this receipt again doesnt seem right and she look at it and says okay can i just give 6pcs chicken and 1 spaghetti? and because im maybe dumb sometimes and i just said okay, and when i get home i check how much would have been my bill if i insist the mistakes she put on that machine and the food she gave me, i guess i paid more to it, you know im a filipino customer to this jollibee originated from the philippines i suggest you put a filipino staff who understand better of this food chain, im not saying all staff atleast one person, i mean manager should know better doing this a order taking things cashier thing, i know this is a small matters but the thing is even this lady who is in a manager uniform is not even paying attention or how much more this stuff doing their cooking this food not paying attention to their job,,,,,,

I love Jollibee and would like the app to offer more customizations on the order items

This app is not user friendly.I really love Jollibee and we all know they have the best fried chicken. I really wish the app was better in the way that it allowed for more customizations on menu items when ordering. For example: the only customization options they offer for the sandwiches is if you want jalapeño or not. Perhaps the online menu ordering system could be expanded to allow for more options. I think this would allow for a better customer experience, both on the app, and when customers are interacting with service staff. Thank you
