Awesome App from the #1 HR Services Provider at USA, running payroll for both Salaried Employees & Contractors happens with very few clicks, most important all Payroll Reports are readily accessible & can be easily downloaded when needed for business reporting purposes. Onsite at USA Customer Support for this App is very helpful as one gets to speak to a real person knowlegable about USA Governmental Laws & Procedures. ADP for providing us with this wonderful App we say Thank You!

Unfortunately it completely does not work for my case. I have 3 companies that I need to switch between, and when I sign in it asks me to choose one of the 3 companies, then when I do it asks me to sign in again, but once I sign in again I'm right back to choosing one of the companies. It's an endless loop.

So I try to go into a browser to log in, and alas, as soon as you try to sign in on a mobile browser, it automatically transports you to the App Store and wants you to download their app that doesn't work! Wow.

Completely useless to me until this issue is fixed. I'm sure it will be a 5 star app when this issue is resolved, but unfortunately due to the circumstances I am going with 1 star since I literally can't to anything until I'm sitting at a PC.

I am the administrator at my company. On vacation and have to run payroll so I try to login for the first time. The website leads me to this app which DOES NOT WORK. I keep getting an error message telling me that I don’t have access and to contact my company administrator. So, contact myself. I am the only person at my company who has ever logged onto this product at all; there’s no one to help me and this app is useless.

To the response: what support team? As I wrote in my review, I am the administrator. I’m also the only employee at my company. We don’t have a staff, let alone someone in charge of making this terrible ADP app functional. Here’s a thought: if it requires a company to have a dedicated IT person to manage your app, your app isn’t working right.

So sorry to see the frustrations. I would highly recommend you contact your ADP Service team for support to ensure you are able to meet any payroll deadlines. They are available 24/7. Once your payroll is done you can ask for troubleshooting help with the app. ^JC
