I love this app!!
Updating availability, adding tasks, and viewing future projects are all features that have helped me manage my cleaning business. I have been running my business for almost 3 years but it wasn’t until i recently downloaded Taskbird that I’ve started to see improved productivity and efficiency with my team. I’d for sure recommend this app to any small service business owner!!!
App has potential
I have been an active user since the app was launched as Taskuro, about a year give or take. The developers have come a long way, but there’s still work to do. I have experienced “glitchiness” on a regular basis, however, that was usually when it was time to update the software. Unfortunately, you have to wait for the in-app pop-up asking to restart the app. I do like the recently launched admin web browser monthly view. It’s definitely better than having to scroll through the list, waiting for the next screen to load, but the app now have a calendar tool which allows the user to choose a particular date without having to scroll down pages and pages. It does help me keep up with cleaners work hours, but there is no option to make changes to times from previously completed tasks in the event the cleaner forgot to start the project, complete the project, etc. The app also offers to sync Google Calendars, which was working great for a bit, but there’s some issues to work through. I’m still using the app, hopefully offering good feedback to help developers to improve the app.
Great tool for assigning jobs to employees
I own a small cleaning company and was able to find a way to manage my teams more simply with taskbird. I added one of my employees who is really great as an admin for our teams and we’ve both been finding the app to be extremely useful.
