I’ve been using this to take my baby to a play place. Every time I check him in it’s under my name instead of his, even though I’m the parent account and he’s the child. I tried switching to his account, and it’s telling me I have to input a phone number. I put in mine, and it won’t let me proceed because the phone number is “already in use.” Yeah.. under MY account, as his PARENT? There is a box to check to let your child use the same email as you but NOT phone number. So I thought whatever I’ll just go back to using my account. But now it won’t let me back in! It says I’m not authorized to log in as myself now. So now I have a child account, a parent account, and I can’t access EITHER one. I HATE this app.

This App buggy, constantly logs the user out, and is severely limited in its offerings:* You cannot easily toggle between studios/locations (which MINDBODY does seamlessly), it’s 2-3 extra clicks within the menu to switch locations* The first location who created an account for you is always your default location. You can’t select a default or favorite. Their support offered to delete the first location from my account as a workaround, however I still go there just less than the 2nd location that I have to navigate to every time.* The App is horrible about how it stores login information, I am constantly logging back in to the App. * Their support is not great if you’re a client of their client.

This is the worst booking app I’ve ever used. There does not appear to be any real support for end users. It is impossible to add a new studio when you are in the app. I read in another review that you have to sign out and relaunch the app from the studios website to add a studio, but, even that doesn’t work for me. This app fails at the very basic functionality of a booking app. Why studios use it (I’m assuming it’s “competitively priced” and the reason behind that is because it does not work at all) is beyond me as this leaves a very bad taste in your mouth and I have decided against even visiting studios that use this app. That’s how awful it is.

There is no option to add a booked class to your calendar, the only options after booking a class are to share that info on social media. This app is clearly tailored to maximizing advertising potential for the business with little regard to the user experience of the business’ clients. There’s also no calendar view of booked classes, only a list view of booked classes. This app is supposed to be a scheduling app yet all the functionality suggests it is really just an advertising channel for the business. Absolute garbage and I’m likely to find a different place to take classes, one that makes it easy for me to track my schedule.
