Wisenet Life 4+

Been having an issue with my camera app now for the past couple of months. Every Time I try to access my cameras off of my cell phone, IT NEVER WORKS!!! Have tried to call into customer service and to my amazement, they had no clue and even admitted to the fact that the app doesn’t always work nor is it always reliable. If I could return these cameras I would. Like so many others have said...the cameras themselves are great. But the customer service and the app support is COMPLETE TRASH!!!! BE WARNED BEFORE TOU SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!!! And I am almost certain that the creator NEVER reads these comments because if they did so many of the consumers wouldn’t be still complaining about the same issues and have the exact same concerns!!!!

I purchased this system from Sams Club and it works as advertised. I have crisp clear pictures and I am able to adjust the cameras to zoom in and out without any issues. I almost didn’t but the system because of the reviews on not being able to adjust the cameras when mounted because they were sent mounted upside down from the factory but all you have to do is rotate the camera before you mount it. This system is very user friendly if you take time to read and understand the functions.

The camera system itself is not bad, the cameras are clear and crisp. The app is the problem. 9 times out of 10 the cameras don’t come up to remote view. What is the point of having this? We have 2 locations with this system, and the app is the issue, not our internet provider. When the system was Samsung it was so much better. We have that system and it works perfectly. I’ve also had to update this system twice, and it still doesn’t properly work. Please fix!
Are you going to address this issue or answer messages regarding this? This worked perfectly up until 3 weeks ago. Shame on you for leaving your customers in limbo.
