Overall the app is great and smooth and for especially a GenZ like me is a must for an apps like these plus the Debit card is an great design . But what lack is shariah compliance and I’m happy with the services so far. But I really hope RYT Bank can also introduce Shariah-compliant banking options. Many users, including myself, are looking for financial products that align with Shariah principles, and it would make a big difference if RYT Bank provided this choice. It’s not only about inclusivity but also about trust and long-term loyalty. Adding this option would make the app and bank stand out even more in the market.

I found out lots of people giving the 4-5stars rate but I can only gives 2stars(1star is minimum and 1more is for their juicy interest) Long story short I request the physical card 29/8 until today 5/9 the delivery status not yet updated and keep showing pending pickup. As I know the ninja van courier services are vey good so it’s bank problem and they not even make any arrangements for the pickup (I get this answer from the ninja van courier’s live agent) don’t know how long I still need to wait to receive the cardAnd also I have been trying for many digital bank but this one are the worst especially their services and live chat with agent services. So for others who not yet try or wants to try it you better don’t try it now. Wait few more weeks till they update all the things become smooth.

App crash and unreliable when needed

The app keeps crashing on launch even after restart. After reinstalling, I had to call support just to unpair the same device and then wait 12 hours before using it again. Support told me the crash was due to internet issues and even suggested I “rest the app for 1 hour,” which was very frustrating because I needed access immediately. The verification process also felt redundant since support only asked for my phone number, something anyone trying to access my account would already know. Having to call just to prove that and still be forced to wait made the whole process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Overall, this was a terrible experience for a banking app that should be reliable. Until Ryt Bank fixes these issues, I would not recommend it as a primary bank.

Enhancing Receipt Sharing Options for Improved User Experience

The front-end interface is generally user-friendly and works well with the AI program. However, the receipt sharing functionality could be improved by offering clearer options: sharing with a link or without a link. Currently, the default behavior of sharing with a link can lead to a cluttered or confusing experience for the recipient. Providing a more flexible and intuitive sharing option would enhance usability.
