I have been using the C3pay salary card from RAK Bank, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. This card is often used by individuals with small salaries, yet it seems designed to chip away at those hard-earned funds with unnecessary charges.First, the card deducts 1 dirham every month just for checking your balance through their application. This fee is ridiculous, considering it’s a basic feature that should be free for any banking service.Secondly, there’s a 3 dirham monthly charge for SMS notifications. While it’s understandable to have some fees, charging for essential notifications feels like another way to squeeze money out of the users.Worst of all, you can’t withdraw your entire balance. The card retains 300 dirhams, which you can only use for purchases at supermarkets. This policy is unfair and feels like a way to force users to keep money on the card instead of having full control over their own funds.For a service targeting individuals with small salaries, these fees and restrictions are particularly burdensome. It’s disappointing that C3Pay has chosen to implement such tactics, which ultimately hurt the very customers who can least afford it. I would not recommend the C3pay salary card to anyone looking for a fair and transparent banking solution.

I have this app but suddenly ask me to update. But when i started to update this app it asking for payment. How did this app is asking for payment? Now i haven't check my balance thru online and sent money and reload my credit for easy access in this app? Anyone can tell how can i access again without payment. I delete this that possible i can download again but suddenly i can have it again. Please let me know how can i download again.

New update now they start looting the people cutting 3aed per month after they can see the balnce what a joke by c3app most of the labor using that card its not acceptable no any other app doing that you can only reduce your customers doing these kinds of stunts please recheck that and find another solution to make money or check after month how you will lose your customers.

Very inconvenient to use. The app constantly shows ads related to India, which have absolutely nothing to do with me or my country.They charge fees even when you don’t use their services, especially for international transfers. You cannot easily send money to another card, and international transfers are limited and problematic.The app works extremely slowly. I also pay every month to receive SMS notifications for card transactions, but the messages arrive one hour later, long after the card has already been used.Overall, very poor service and not user-friendly at all. I would not recommend this card to anyone.
