App launches with a loud music and a serious financial app with funky theme is nothing but a UX disaster. I launched 3i video with audio off and it seems stuck after few secs. Need to try again once in a safe place to play noisy music

I had a very disappointing experience with Etihad. The customer service is extremely poor, with a clear lack of professionalism and consistency. There is no credibility in the information provided, as every employee gives different answers based on their personal opinion rather than accurate or unified company policies.Additionally, they show very limited ability to resolve issues, which makes the whole experience frustrating and time-consuming. I expected much better service from a company of this level. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with this app has been very disappointing. I purchased the service and completed the payment, but I never received the report that was promised. I contacted customer support, but the issue has still not been resolved.I expect the company to either provide the report I paid for or issue a full refund. I hope they improve their customer service to prevent other users from having the same experience.

I initially had an issue with UAE Pass, and I got in touch with them and they got it resolved. Afterwards it was quite easy to request, pay and get the report. Thank you.
