Freshsales is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution. It comes with built-in phone and email, event tracking, contact scoring, automation, and integrations with a variety of apps. The Freshsales mobile app for iOS makes it easy for you to access your customer data and track your sales pipeline on your favorite Apple device, wherever you are. From the home page, get quick context into your tasks and appointments for the day. Use the in-app calendar to manage your appointments. Also, access Google Maps right from the app and even book an Uber to the location of your meeting. Plus you can add contacts, accounts, and deals, make phone calls, send emails, and change deal stages on the mobile app. All edits are automatically synced with your Freshsales web app, so your customer data is always up to date. You can also use this app offline. Users from Freshsales, Freshsales Classic, and Freshsales Suite on the web can use this mobile app.

Easy to use, easy to customize

Was looking for a strong alternative to Salesforce and found it within Freshworks. It is easy use, easy to customize, and it doesn’t break the bank. They’ve done a great job to make it robust, but in a way that doesn’t require me to have an advanced certificate to administer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the new generation of CRM.

Was looking for a strong alternative to Salesforce and found it within Freshworks. It is easy use, easy to customize, and it doesn’t break the bank. They’ve done a great job to make it robust, but in a way that doesn’t require me to have an advanced certificate to administer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the new generation of CRM.

FreshSales - Good - But issues with Reporting

Web based UI and App work well. Easy to configure with support of docs and chat. Biggest downside I’m experiencing is with the Reporting through the Analytics capabilities. Bottom line - there is an issue with the accuracy of report graphs and underlying tables. I’ve had multiple instances where totals are incorrect and groupings for bar charts simply ignore the content of the Group By field and will group as “- -“ or (no data) in the field. I have to open a support ticket. Each time the first “go to” reply to a support request for this issue is “Please wait 45 minutes after updating a record to run the report as it takes time for the data to sync with Analytics.” I then have to explain that it has been days, weeks, or months since the records in question were updated and the data is still wrong. They will then open a ticket and a few days later that report will be correct with the explanation that they did “something” on the “backend”. I never get input on the root cause - just that it’s fixed…until it’s not. Very frustrating that I can’t count on the accuracy of reports - that’s kind of the point of Sales Management via a CRM. This smacks of a serious infrastructure implementation issue that needs to be addressed.

We pair this with Freshcaller. I like the idea of things, especially when needing to work “on the go” and from my cellphone. When I make calls through the app, a lot of times people say they can’t hear me and get frustrated and hang up.

iPad application needs work

I am encountering a number of different deal breaking bugs. One is that my application on the iPad is stuck in Landscape mode no matter what. Also, I can only scroll down so far on my lead list before I cannot see anymore of my leads. There is no option for another page of leads and my leads do not load as they do on the iPhone app. I was really considering purchasing a year but until this is fixed I am afraid I am not going to be able to.Update: the bug has continued over to my iPhone. I am unable to scroll down my full lead list.
