Jack-In-The-Box to me has always been mediocre. I honestly believe almost every other fast food burger joint is better, especially in terms of the quality of the product. However, I will say they are doing a good job with their app. The interface is fluid and simple. I like that they integrated delivery as well. The feature helps a lot in regards to situations where there aren’t freelance delivery drivers(Doordash, Grub Hub, PostMates, UberEats) around. However, here are some things I would recommend, but didn’t feel were critical enough to cost the review a start from the 5/5. The app automatically removes your card information if something goes wrong with the payment or if you type something in wrong. This gets annoying after awhile. Secondly, the app will prevent you from placing an order if you made too many errors in too short of a time period which has literally prevented me from buying food here just because I typed in some incorrect details. Lastly, I don’t understand why they want a tip for delivery with the service fee being so high. I ordered a $10 meal and paid $4 for delivery and $7 for a service fee. I’m not sure what I’d be tipping for.

Currently, one can have only one favorite and that will be the entire order you placed. Not just a particular item. I customize many of my items, for example, I like Swiss cheese and tomatoes in my chicken sandwich. For now, I have to do the customization every single time I order. I wish I could save the item in favorites and order through click of a button. 2. There is no way to have multiple payment options. You can store only one card at a time. If the app doesn’t want to give the option of adding multiple sources of payment, there should at least be an Apple Pay option, where customers can choose their preferred card.Hopefully, in the next version the developers have incorporated these. I think these could be very helpful and make life a bit easier, than having to customize every time nor to punch in a different card numbers at times.

I can actually say I loved Jack in the Box. I downloaded the app being I would go often when I was near one. The last time I went I finally used the app. HUGE MISTAKE!!! I used the app and paid my order online to take advantage of an app special for their mini churros. I ordered a little over $50 USD! It was supposed to be dinner for the family. Upon arriving and going to the pick up window they could not find the order. That’s bad enough right! They told us the screen shot and order number were not enough to verify order. They said app orders sometimes take a minute to be sent to corresponding restaurant and if we would like to wait. We waited over 20 minutes and manager on hand told us they had not received our order. That my proof was not sufficient for them to make and give me my order. She said she would let her manager know. After dealing with that Jack in the box the one in Bullhead City, AZ they told me to message contact on app for refund. So then the horror story continued. I did everything online , on app, chat , filed a complaint ect. Nothing was done except the generic we will get back to you. So yeah I’m pretty sure being out FOOD, MONEY AND WORST GETTING THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ALL AROUND LEFT ME WHERE I AM TODAY!!!! I loved the sourdough Jack meal but since then NOPE!!! I’ll take my money where they will at least give me what I paid for and truly acknowledge me as a paying customer. Save yourself some money, a headache and piece of mind!

Good day reviewers I just want to say if you’re ever in a bind and you go to Jack-in-the-Box in Youngtown Arizona don’t go late at night why do I keep going back there well it’s like any relationship you hope that it gets better but are used to say three strikes you’re out I guess the fourth time my order was very disappointment and one of them people that always order the same thing why I don’t know but I choose to order the same thing so I always say that my order is for fresh tacos and a medium french fry with no salt for some reason I get my order very fast and tacos are soggy and cold and my french fries have salt in them with the bad part about it is that the drive-through does have a lot of people ordering their food now yes I have heard complaints from other customers and yes I have tried to make contact with them at night but I guess they don’t answer the phone when it comes to replacement I think is very encouraging to say that the manager in the morning will replace it that’s pretty cool on his part but my question is at why do I have to go back because I work 12 hour shifts and when you get late and you’re coming home you want something to you eat soDo you end up stopping at the first fast food you see that’s all I’m trying to say is that this place is going to get yelped and I’m going through general or regional or even corporate because I have too many receipts and I have too many issues so I think it’s time to find a new location before I get to Youngtown thank you for reading this but I choose not to give it not even a star.
