To pay your parking, there is no need anymore to rush at the station or wait on line at the machine to get a parking ticket. With LAZ Parking i can do it while in the train and add days if I need to park the car for a longer period of time. However when prompted to select time to pay or extent the duration of the parking, there are only 2 options 16 hours or 24 hours. No option to extend for a number of days requiring to extend for any additional duration.

App often completely broken. Can’t login, can’t pay for parking, can’t reset password. I called the helpline, was told “something is wrong with the app”and was re-directed to my local help number who will not answer the line, will not call or email me back. After searching around for over 30 minutes I have figured out I can also pay online, why did the person on the helpline not tell me this? If I found this out and paid too late, will LAZ refund my parking ticket? Not likely. This app is garbage. I would pay directly at the point of parking and skip using the app altogether. Also LAZ has been one of the least helpful companies I have encountered when looking for assistance with their broken product. 0/10, do not recommend.

It's nice to pay for parking while walking instead of having to swipe a card or put a piece of paper on the dashboard. The only issue (and maybe it was a matter of my phone's privacy settings?) is that it would not pick up the station where I was and I had to type in the station name. If it was a location permission issue, there needs to be an easy way to tell me that's the problem. It also needs a login button so I don't have to log in after choosing the parking options. Thanks.

Initially it was a little hard to get this app started, but I believe they made some modifications. It’s great now. You can pre-pay. I use it for the train station. So I can go ahead and pre-pay my spot while I’m still at home. When I get to the train, all I have to do is park the car and go right into the station. There is no parking spot # to put in. You can store different license plate numbers. Fot example, I have mine set up in the app as well as that of my boyfriend’s.
