You should include the day you want the payment for. For example, my payment is due on the 28th and I am necessarily paying on the 23rd. Last month, I was late 3 days because my water bill hadn't arrived and I already had to pay interest. I want a pre-scheduled payment, something you should allow

App needs a major overhaul. It never works. Tells me to log on later most of the time. Plus. when I am to submit payment, I receive an “apology error. Payments not accepted at this time. Try again later”. Words to that effect. I end up logging on through my laptop or making the payment by phone. According to apple downloads, the app hasn’t been updated in over a year.

The App isn’t the greatest when paying your bill. Several times I have tried paying my bill and it says payment cannot be processed at this time. Also, I would prefer to schedule a payment since I sit down at the end of the month to schedule payment s for the next coming month.
