The world in your hands! The myPhonak Junior app allows you and your child to be more involved in the hearing journey in a way that fits into the child’s and the family’s needs. Working together with your hearing care professional is essential to determine which features of the app will be most beneficial. The Remote Control function has been specially designed for children aged 6 years and above (with supervision when needed). It gives your child the ability to adjust the settings on their hearing aids to suit their listening preferences in more challenging environments. The myPhonak Junior app has been precisely designed to empower children in an age-appropriate without sacrificing hearing performance. Remote Support* is suitable for families and children of all ages. It gives you the opportunity to stay connected with your hearing care professional remotely. Whether your child is still young and you are the main contact person, or your child is old enough to take on the responsibility for their hearing appointments, Remote Support provides the opportunity to have ‘hearing check ins’ which can be aligned with your busy lifestyle. I like the app, but are there any plans to make this compatible with Apple Watch? That would be ideal for young kids who are likely to get a watch before a phone and more practical for them to use to make adjustments at school like going from the classroom to the gym or cafeteria. Thank you.

Why the restrictions?
I love this app it’s been helpful along my hearing aid journey! But I did have a… flunk with the app during my third trimester of my eighth grade year! But I’m still in it lol, But! I asked my hearing aid specialist and she fixed it and Leo (the app lol if you’re wondering who I was talkin’ abt ^_^) has been with me since when I was in kindergarten! But other than that I LOVE THIS APP my hearing aid lady I forgot her name but I’m not gonna tell anyone it tho…. But thank you Phonak for being there for me throughout the years! ❤️❤️

I use sky marvel hearing aids because none of the other models offer the bright colors which is all I wanted. You can’t save custom settings, it goes right back if you close the menu. You can’t edit any of the presets or add your own, and my audiologist can’t make it work for me either. This app made me stop wanting to use my hearing aids at all and just give up. Every time I report the missing features nothing happens. Either make this app better or add sky marvel to the adult version of the app. Thanks.

The app also enables and empowers intended hearing aid users to connect and communicate with hearing care professionals for remote hearing aid adjustments.

Person of at least 10 years of age with hearing loss using a compatible device and their caregiver.

Intended patient population:
This device is intended for patients from 10 years of age who fulfill the clinical indication of the compatible hearing aid.
