I have been getting error issues while trying to log in. I have it set up for facial recognition and it still gives me issues. None of my other apps do. So now I don’t wanna “we ‘re sorry to hear your having issues logging in”. Replies to this. I’ve looked at the history on here & have found this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS. So I’m gonna make this as clear as possible. If you guys don’t have this fixed within a month or 2. I’m getting an attorney and suing you cause I can’t make my payments & I can’t update vital info. So get it done!!!Update, app still hasn’t been fixed but now I think I understand why it’s so that they can force people to have to go with automatic withdrawal to pay on the insurance. They have now done two months in a row without my authorization to withdraw the money from my account. Which now has been overdrawn and an overdraft fee will be charged.I think I have enough right now to file a lawsuit. Will update as this goes on.

I recently had USAA screw me over! It was their mistake and they didn't want to fix it! I found this direct insurance and this agent named Thomas helped me! I wanted to put an old 81 Ford pick up on there and my daughters newer car that is financed. Gave him all the info and told me what I needed to put down what my monthly rates were! I was so happy when I found out that the rates were gonna be really low! Made made my down payment! Well I have been waiting for the usual insurance packet in the mail with insurance cards. I decided just to register on the app so I could pull them up and send her a screenshot and realized her car wasn't even on the insurance! So, my daughter's been driving her car around for weeks uninsured! I am so mad! I'm paying $250 a month on an old Ford pick up that I'm currently driving because my van broke down! I have a clean, driving record with no tickets or anything! Turns out that they added my daughter on as a driver! They weren't gonna add her on then why did they add her on as a driver? I asked them to pull the call because I agent messed up big! I recommended him to everybody because I thought I got such awesome rates! I definitely do not recommend going to this insurance, which is actually part of Allstate! I am a very unhappy person because now I have to shop around for another insurance! I really don't have the time now that I'm watching my grandbabies all day! Extremely irritated!!!

My old CC associated with automatic payments expired so I got an email saying to update my payment option to prevent lapse in coverage. So far so good, makes sense. I go to the direct auto website log in to update my payment info and pay my insurance bill. I can’t even log in due to “an error has occurred. This application may no longer respond until reloaded.” banner that pops up no matter when I change my laptop, WiFi, browser. I even tried waiting a few days in between in case it was a temporary issue. Nope. Alright so I get this app instead. It does let me log in but once I add my new payment option then submit payment.. nothing happens. Not an error message, in progress, please wait, sorry we are having issues, or any kind of message or change in the UI. It’s like pressing a placeholder dummy button that has no event trigger or post hook action. I have no idea if the payment submission went through or not. I go back and i try again, same issue. I also have to re add my CC info again on the app even though I already added it the first time and set it as default payment option. I finally just get this resolved by going to the DA website on my phone browser. Please fix your app (and desktop browser app) to let people make payments or fix payment methods. I understand that the app may be going through system maintenance. In that case the app should either clearly communicate that or prevent certain functions from even being accessed by customer during, so they don’t waste time staring at a seemingly live app that is not indicating any error, outage or maintenance issue

I have no background of tickets or bad driving. I happened upon this company looking for an affordable rate for a car I didn’t drive often but still wanted coverage. The initial person that quoted me was extremely helpful which convinced me to move forward. This person was licensed to quote but does not directly work for the company. After that everything has been a disaster. Horrible customer service and setting up auto pay is not in your favor. They want you to miss a payment by one day and charge $15. They don’t take the money out of your account like a normal institution. I tried to pay through the app and they said No. Wait. Just make sure the money is in the account. Meaning I shouldn’t have to call them to ask why the payment was not taken. In the contract it states they will charge you, even if they are late on retrieval of funds. They push for Automatic Pay for this reason. I want to know my Insurance is valid if the money hasn’t come out. This happened more than once. I think they prey on certain people. And yes again horrible and I mean horrible customer service.
