Absolutely unacceptable! If I could give negative stars, I would. My landlord requires us to use DoorLoop, and it has been nothing but a complete disaster.For a few months, payments worked fine. Now, the app constantly logs me out, redirects me to a web browser, and forces me to re-enter payment details only for the transaction to fail or disappear entirely. Payments either show as “pending,” revert to $0, or never process, leaving me scrambling to figure out if my rent was actually paid. And yet, they have the audacity to tack on extra charges for their own technical failures. Beyond the horrendous functionality, this raises serious concerns about security and data privacy. If they can’t even process a simple payment correctly, why should I trust them with my sensitive financial information?This app is unreliable, misleading, and completely unacceptable. Fix your system, prioritize security, and stop making tenants pay for your mistakes!
