The mask itself is great and works really well, but the app is very frustrating. I receive multiple notifications in a single day even though notifications are turned off. The biggest issue is the tracking. If I set a notification reminder for a certain time, the calendar shows a red dot for every single day in the future, even though that doesn’t mean I actually used the mask. That makes the calendar useless for tracking real usage.If I remove the notification within the app, then nothing shows up on the calendar at all—it’s completely blank. There’s no accurate way to see which days I actually used the mask. It would be much more helpful if the calendar only showed a red dot on the days a treatment was actually completed and left other days blank.Given the cost of the mask, one would expect the app to accurately reflect usage and help show progress over time. While the app allows you to take progress photos, all the images are stored in a basic gallery. There’s no way to compare photos side-by-side, zoom in, or closely review changes—you can only view them as small thumbnails. This makes it difficult to truly see results.The mask itself is excellent; I just wish the app matched the quality of the product.

This has been the biggest disappointment of any skin care purchase I’ve ever made. Bought the face mask and got a free water filter with the Mother’s Day bundle. Now I know why they were giving it away for free. It’s garbage. Not only did the filter not fit our faucet with any adapter fitting in the box, we took it to Lowe’s and Home Depot and couldn’t find a single faucet that it would fit. Also, the standard faucet size would need a special adapter that is not a common size so we had to order one and once that came in, the filter caused so much back pressure into the faucet that it flooded under my sink while I was using it for the first time. It’s basically useless without buying a completely new faucet set up and even that’s not a guarantee that it wouldn’t do the same exact thing. The mask is just ok. It’s not comfortable to wear more than about 5 mins and 3 mins of light therapy for serious skin issues is pretty much useless. It will not stay on for more than 3 mins, no matter what and the app is garbage too bc it doesn’t sync properly to track anything. We researched MANY different masks and ultimately went with this one for the type of LED intensity but in my opinion, it was a complete waste of money. I’m not certain this company isn’t just a scam. (And for context, my husband is a contractor who builds residential and commercial and I’m a Naturopath who uses other light therapy devices for different treatment options and thought this would be a nice addition to some of my other therapies. We’ll it’s not. Thanks for stealing my money, Qure. Investment my a*%.

With so much influencer backing, I cannot believe how frustrating this app is. It’s a hit and miss whether the app will find the device so that it can connect, regardless if I turn the device on before or after opening the app. Usually, after several tries, when it finally does recognize there is a device, there are so many clicks before you are actually connected so you can move on to the treatment. Some of those clicks require going BACKWARD to the home screen, connect, select the (only) device… this whole process is rather annoying.After that, I noticed, it will only flash 3x when the treatment is done if I return to the app. And if I skip this step, I don’t think it records it in the calendar (I’ve used it nightly, but it still showed days were skipped somehow).Lastly and most importantly, since this last upgrade, I’ve been not able to find where battery life is displayed. It’s died on me a few times now because there is no indication that it’s low or needs charging, or even just the status.There are very few, but important needs for this app, and it does all of them (except for selecting full face/treatment zones) exceptionally poorly. It seems the app was recently revised since I bought the mask, and this new version is not any better than the last. So disappointing especially given the cost of this device.

For a $300 product, it would be nice if the app that controlled the mask actually worked. First, it took three attempts to connect the app to the mask. Second, after I selected the customized treatment, the “start treatment” button wouldn’t work. Tap, tap and hold, hold…..nothing. I exited the app and tried again. Nothing!!! For those interested in this mask, just know when purchasing you have two treatment options; both full face anti-aging or anti-blemish. You can manually turn the mask on and off and toggle between the two full face treatments. If you are looking for a customized treatment (I.e. anti-aging on forehead, eyes, and cheeks, and anti-blemish on your nose and chin) well….you are out of luck as the app simply doesn’t work. Clearly by the hundreds of one star reviews neither Qure nor the developer care about the entire product, rather, invest in influencers to promote their product while not investing in the technology to support their product. Buy fully informed.
