I absolutely am infatuated with Costco!!! There is nothing I can possibly want from any other place on earth. I love going there with my family and walking around especially on Sundays when they have a truck load of samples. I love that buying things in bulk there is very affordable and I love blowing my entire pay checks there!!! I wish Costco had a direct deposit from my work to them. Please don’t ever change. (Like the entry scanners you just added to your stores, or the automated check out at the food court, or the membership fee increase, or the new leadership, or the additions of self check out stands, or the tire pressure air pumps turning off after store hours, or the packaging of the rotisserie chicken, or the addition of more pick up lockers taking up space, or the taking away of our beloved churros - of which you were infamous for, or the cap you placed on auto insurance, or the change in gas sales, or the food court price increases, or the book sections that are getting smaller and smaller) but other than that, please don’t change anymore. 🤞Love You Costco!

Costco has great prices on Appliances especially when on sale. We have not gotten delivered yet but are looking forward to having this beautiful LG Washer and dryer in our home. I would like Costco to know what a hassle it was to buy all 4 pieces at once. I had to buy it in three orders and a second dryer to be able to get the last pedestal then cancel the original dryer and then the price adjustment due to the first and second sale being over. After 15 years of retail management I sure hope you work on this clinch in the system. On a bundle sale this why not allow the customers order to be placed with all pieces on hold until the missing comes in stock then charge the customers and deliver all pieces. Similar to a special order but tie up the pieces you have in stock and give an estimated date of order completion You would then know how many pieces and which pieces you need to complete the sale. You could also deliver a partial order with the remaining on back order. Otherwise you most likely will lose customers, I almost gave up out of frustration looking at other product and retailers. One more glitch was not being able to buy the pedestal by itself even though I had a dryer paid for delivery on hold waiting for the pedestal to come in. I even shopped else where to find one but it appears this is a Costco designated item other than LG. I hope this review gets passes on the your upper management and buyers You will see increased sales and much happier customers. It amazes me how Costco still can’t get their app to work halfway decently. Viewing product pictures doesn’t work properly and hasn’t for a long time. Browsing and search results take a long time to load and it isn’t due to my device or network. When you go to checkout, if you don’t know the address to ship to and leave the app to copy it. It will kick you out of the checkout process and you’ll have to start again. Effectively, ANY viewing away from the Costco app during checkout will cancel all the progress you made. This was a recent bug introduced in the past few months. It’s ridiculous how some people can get paid to be “developers” or “software engineers” but can’t even manage basic functional testing on major platforms like IOS. I guess they must be an “agile” team… lol but seriously Costco - fire your dev team and get qualified people to manage your app! It’s costing your customers a lot of time and trouble and completely inexcusable for a company of your size! Viewing product images and switching app focus during checkout are two basic functions that don’t work properly and haven’t for months. A recent update just got released so I tested it… problems are still there. So I’m writing this review. MAYBE somebody at Costco will see this… of course the product manager probably doesn’t do their job either but I’m holding out hope. Costco is a good company…

So I usually never give ratings but seriously who are the engineers dealing with this e-commerce app. The app very infrequently loads information correctly. Today I couldn’t see all the ratings on my mobile app. And I’ve tried refreshing it and closing the app and clicking the blue link that says (183 reviews) near the product name. BUT gee. And this isn’t my first time with issues accessing information. Costco, why are you likely hiring external vendors to make your app when I’m sure you’re getting a lot of orders. You’re losing orders because the app couldn’t even load an add to cart button on some pillows I wanted to buy. And it’s frustrating how there are blank white spots on the app that I scroll past. And I have one of the latest phones - I don’t have like an iPhone 4 that developers don’t develop for anymore. I have a very functioning iPhone 11. As someone who works in tech, I think you guys could do better in building this app out and I wonder what backend issues are happening since this has happened a lot for me during the last 4 months where it doesn’t work in the way that I’d expect it to.
