I’m on day 1 and so yeah you know how that goes. I can just tell Maddie will be the coach that gets me there. Her transparency is refreshing. She’s blunt to the point and let’s just face it she’s a funny girl. If I can laugh as I get fit and can finally look thin and finally be in shape, I’ll be the happiest girl in the room. Honestly, I did not know that I looked the way I looked -until I had my husband take pictures of me for this app. Truly, I thought I looked a lot better than that and then when it stated I was obese after putting in my weight and height, I was shocked. I didn’t feel like I was obese. I thought I looked pretty good. Until you look at the pictures, OMG, and to think I let my husband take them. What was I thinking - lol the damage is done time to get to work and reclaim the girl I thought I looked like. Stupid scales … no wonders I avoided them for years. And honestly mirrors lie too. The proof of what you look like is in the photoI will make another review in a couple months, pray for me that’s it’s good. But I can tell you this. This fitness coach has gone way out to make an awesome app with everything you’ll need to succeed. But as far as I can tell that’s up to me . She’s done her part. It’s up to me to succeed. Best workout app even for a new mom!

I started this workout app a year after having my first born. I was struggling losing weight and staying motivated to workout. I love that I can workout at home with a couch on my screen. I love that you only need a few items like dumbbells, booty babe, and yoga block. That’s it! I have anxiety working out in the gym especially after having my baby. Not only does Maddie have her workouts but she has delicious recipes and very informative lessons about the body, diet, etc. My favorite in the app are her challenges. It makes me feel accountable. I try to finish her challenges in the timeframe she gives. I also love that she incorporated walking as part of working out. I now walk all the time. In 2 months, I lost 7 lbs. I went from 160lbs to 153lbs. That’s the most I ever lost in a short timespan. I usually have a hard time losing weight. And it feels so good to workout consistently again.

This is absolutely the best workout program I have ever done. I have joined multiple programs for a year or more at a time and have done them religiously and I love Studio Era by far the best. Madelaine is both funny and encouraging. The workouts are quick but challenging and totally efficient. Between the delicious recipes and consistently following my workout plan, I have gotten in the best shape of my adult life all while going through perimenopause. I love to exercise but sometimes headed into my home gym with a little dread, either because my other programs were so long and hard I knew I would be exhausted and not have a lot of energy the rest of the day or because it was the type of app where you just click through the different exercises. I love that Madelaine’s workouts allow us to follow along with her. I’m absolutely hooked!

I couldn’t drop those last 12 lbs. Once I started the Studio Era app the weight melted away in a couple weeks while firming up. This program is wildly effective. I have always stayed in shape and been active but this program is beyond. I will say I am in the best shape of my life at almost 50 years old. I was so excited by the diet because I could eat so much delicious food. I am eating more now than I ever have and the weight continues to melt off. I actually look forward to cooking for myself whereas before I actually cooked for other people and ate virtually nothing myself. The food is fantastic. Who knew cottage cheese was so versatile?!
