I’m able to view my bill and all the pdfs and my usage but when I click on pay my bill, it won’t allow me to scroll down far enough to click the pay now button, which is half the reason I got the app. And it doesn’t take me anywhere when I click on feedback to say this, which is why I’m posting it here. If I can pay on the app, it’ll be a 5 star!

Certainly appreciate having the app, but the point of utilizing face ID for logging in is to eliminate the need for inputting a password. Currently, the app makes me input my password and then utilizes face ID to log me in. Which is very counterintuitive.Also, when clicking the “Pay Now” button to submit a payment, there’s no warning that you’re about to finalize the payment. Once you hit “Pay Now”, it truly means that you’re paying now lol. I believe to increase user friendliness there should be a, “Are you sure you would like to proceed?” type of message right after hitting “Pay Now.” Other than that, it’s a clean app and fairly straightforward. I’m seeing reviews as far back as February where people can’t use their login on the app. Well me too. I put the same exact login info as I do in browser, works on browser, says invalid login info on the app. I can’t track my service appointment because I never got emailed a “tracking number”. Was hoping the app would have more options. Needless to say it’s useless for me.

This app makes it easy for me to pay my bill and view usage. Paying my bill is really quick and easy especially with using Apple Pay
