No cancellation button
The app is good it works well but the only problem was that I had enough money to pay for a drink with my points and the app glitches and placed an order. There was NO cancellation button and I called the shop for a refund and it went straight to voice mail. I’m furious that there were no cancellation buttons or final place order buttons. I lost most of my points due to a app glitch.
Latest update is terrible
I have been happily using this app for 2+ years and never had a problem with it. The recent update however is another matter. The first issue is that it lost all of my saved login details and I had to go through the annoyance of resetting my passwords, I really hate it when this happens with apps - I’ve set up fast login for a reason. The second, more annoying issue is the removal of ApplePay as a payment option. I find it vastly preferable to use a payment portal I trust than to give out my credit card details separately to every company I have dealings with. Thirdly, the app now downright forces you to use location services to select a location to order from as the manual search option is outright broken. Finally, the new UI is slower, less responsive and some screens broken; especially after entering name or card number it is not obvious how to close the keyboard and move to the next screen. Overall, I have been a happy user of this app for years but the recent changes have annoyed me enough in petty ways to feel compelled to write a review.
Convenient always works
Great app with easy to use features. Just select order pay collect. I rock up to counter no waiting in queues yay. One suggestion- when choosing a store for pick up - can you make it so that if a product isn’t available eg no pearls can there be an indicator on the app? I ordered one time and went to collect but the store had run out of pearls. Was given other options however if there was an indicator or pop up to tell me there were no pearls then I could select another option instead of getting to the store to be told they had run out of pearls. Would save time.
Other than that great products and the app is easy to use.
