Not very user friendly

Like many others have stated not the best app. Direct message doesn't always show conversation thread unless teacher has responded and sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. You cant manage how you delete trash in messages nor can you move messages around if you have accidentally trashed them. Notifications still appear even though you’ve read them and its not into you clear them and they are tucked away in the direct message tab that it shows no new messages. You need to look everywhere for information. Calendar is useless on iphone. Required to use only based on school otherwise would not even consider. The developers need to revise and make this a more functioning app with ease of use. Listen to feedback and improve this app please.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with SEQTA Engage.This platform has been a complete waste of time. It constantly fails to load, crashes without warning, and gives error messages that lead nowhere. I’ve spent countless hours trying to access simple information, only to be met with spinning wheels and broken pages. For a system that’s supposed to support parents and students, it does the exact opposite — causing stress, confusion, and lost time.The user interface is clunky and outdated, and even when it does load, it’s slow and unintuitive. Communication through the platform is unreliable, notifications are inconsistent, and critical information is often buried or missing entirely.In short: SEQTA Engage is not fit for purpose. It’s clear no one behind this system has prioritized usability or performance. I seriously hope schools consider alternative platforms, because this one is doing more harm than good.

As a parent, I have never had an issue with this app. Easy to use and functions as it should. But for two days now it has been unavailable. It still gives me notifications that assessment results have been uploaded but when going into the app it says no network and the circle of death appears. I am able to still access through the website, so know there is no issue with my logins and everything is working on my phone network wise. Think there may be a bug that needs to be fixed……

The version resolves an issue in the SEQTA Engage app where pdf's in the Synergetic Community integration were not downloading
